TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERALThe agreement is not considered made until after we have discussed pricing and the client agrees with the final price given according to the prompt desired.Once finished, commissions must always include my signature in any form of public display the client gives them. These images don't include commercial rights unless specifically discussed, and commercial rights change the pricing. I retain the rights to display the image to showcase my art and skills as well as personal purposes.

PAYMENTPayment is taken up front by Paypal invoice or Cashapp after Artist and client have discussed and agreed on the parameters of the work. All prices will be in USD. By paying for the commission you are agreeing to the terms as stated in the invoice or the mail given.

PROCESS AND REVISIONSI will update the client at different stages of completion:Draft stage: This stage is often done in pen and shown by photo of my notebooks. At this stage the client will be able to request changes on most elements of the piece, including layout and pose and general concept or composition. Client may not change the prompt given before this stage.Sketch stage: The client will be able to change core details in the illustration - such as facial features, hair or clothing. The client will not be able to change the concept, characters, pose or composition at this stage.Lineart stage: The client will be able to change minor details in the character's appearance and background, such as markings or elements that were missed. The client will not be able to change the concept, characters, pose or composition or any other structural elements at this stage.Final stage: The client will only be able to make very minor modifications that were not previously seen on any WIP sample.---a. Based on the above, any changes that don't fit the current stage of the process will be considered "large changes" and thus incur additional fees.b. Exceptions to the above will apply if the changes are required due to mistakes, serious diversions or omissions from the agreed-upon character reference occurring by the fault of the artist.b1. The artist must be notified of these mistakes in the stage they appear in in order to qualify for free modifications. Agreement of a stage that contains mistakes or inaccuracies will be considered implicit agreement that the project is proceeding as intended and thus will lock in these aspects to the conditions stated in point a.c. Where revisions are required, the commissioner must let the artist know within 72 hours of receiving the sample. After this period, the sample will be considered agreed upon and the project will be locked into the next stage- or signed off as "completed" if it was the final stage.d. Within the framework above, the limit for free adjustment requests is 2 per stage. A request - meaning, a message or email containing the required changes - may include as many adjustments as needed in each stage. Please note that by agreeing to work with me you implicitly agree to these terms and conditions.
